Open Government Products is hiring a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to own a HealthTech product team end to end as both Tech Lead and Manager. The role combines technical leadership—architecting scalable systems, managing integrations, security, observability, and reliability—with people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance conversations. The engineer will collaborate with designers, product managers, policymakers, and government and healthcare partners to build resilient platforms supporting healthcare services, while representing engineering in agency discussions and driving innovation for public safety.
