adesso Netherlands is hiring a Lead Software Engineering to lead a team of approximately 5 to 12 consultants and developers while remaining technically involved in software engineering, architecture, delivery quality, and complex client projects. The role combines people leadership, coaching, recruitment, project and commercial activities, and guidance of the Software Engineering practice, with a focus on Java, modern frontend technologies, cloud, architecture, and Agentic Engineering. Candidates need extensive software development experience, guidance or management experience, consulting or project-based service experience, strong communication skills, and Dutch and English proficiency.
