Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Software Engineering in Rochester, New York or Plano, Texas to design, develop, integrate, test, and support embedded sensor control software for airborne imaging and EO/IR systems. The role works on cross-functional engineering teams using tools and standards such as MS Visual Studio, QNX, Linux, XML schema, OMS, and UCI, and involves debugging, unit testing, modeling, simulation, interface development, and production support. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience (or a graduate degree with 7 years, or 13 years in lieu of a degree) plus an active Secret U.S. security clearance.
