Description
Mastercard is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Cross Border program, which supports any-to-any payment flows and disbursements. The role owns complex, cross-service problems; defines and develops service-level solutions; drives prioritization and technology roadmaps; automates software delivery; integrates connected services; leads postmortems and architectural improvements; and provides hands-on development and engineering guidance to a team. The position requires at least eight years of enterprise software experience, full-stack development expertise, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and test automation, along with distributed systems, API, microservices, Agile, DevOps, and payments-domain knowledge.
