L3Harris is hiring a Lead Software Quality Engineer in Brevard County, Florida, to provide lead Software Quality Assurance support for SATCOM programs. The role oversees software and firmware quality processes, audits compliance with customer and industry requirements, manages risks and nonconformities, supports change control and DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and coordinates with customers, suppliers, engineering, and management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least nine years of prior relevant experience, or an active DoD Secret security clearance, with Lean, Six Sigma, and quality-systems experience preferred.
