Description
The Software Quality Lead supports Motorola LMR products and reports to the Sr. Manager of Software Quality. The role drives software quality practices across the software development lifecycle, leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions, facilitates DFMEA and design reviews, monitors quality metrics, identifies process gaps, partners with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and operations, supports software-related manufacturing investigations, represents the Malaysia site in quality reviews, and ensures compliance with ISO and telecom quality standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in software, electrical, or computer engineering, at least five years of experience in software development, testing, or software quality, Agile experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Six Sigma or quality certification.
