Description
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Release Manager to lead end-to-end release planning, scheduling, orchestration, readiness, governance, and deployment execution across a portfolio of 7–8 interconnected software products and platforms. The role coordinates release trains, dependencies, testing and production environments, cross-functional stakeholders, risks, and release KPIs, with a focus on improving release predictability, on-time delivery, deployment success, and operational stability in complex enterprise environments.
