The role combines software systems engineering with production reliability, including building and maintaining scalable applications, improving observability and performance, automating operational workflows, investigating production issues, and partnering with developers, platform engineers, and product teams. Candidates need production software experience in Java, C++, Python, or a comparable language, along with cloud, container, Kubernetes, CI/CD, distributed systems, observability, and AI experience.
