BCBSLA is hiring a Lead Solution Architect to lead the development of solution blueprints and architecture standards for business and IT projects. The role focuses on enterprise and application architecture, software development standards, infrastructure and data architecture, architecture roadmaps, technology evaluation, vendor integration, and mentoring architects, engineers, and analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education, seven years of technical leadership and hands-on technology implementation experience, and advanced knowledge of solution and application architecture practices. The position does not manage people and reports to Departmental Leadership.
