The role leads the architecture, modernization, operations, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of a large-scale enterprise application platform supporting client solutions and proposal generation. It combines people leadership, solution architecture, technical ownership, platform engineering, and application modernization, including leading application developers, managing AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments, overseeing authentication and authorization modernization, and exploring AI and automation opportunities. The position requires a bachelor's degree, typically 10+ years of software engineering and application development experience, and at least 5 years in technical leadership, architecture, or engineering management.
