Kestra Financial is hiring a Lead Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, integration strategy, user experience, platform governance, and delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI capabilities. The role partners with executives, product owners, engineering, data, and third-party vendors to architect scalable, secure, advisor-centric solutions while providing thought leadership on Salesforce and AI modernization. Candidates need at least 8 years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience, expertise in the listed Salesforce clouds and financial-services workflows, and experience with integrations, data modeling, compliance, and third-party vendors.
