Entegris is hiring a hybrid Lead, Solution Architect - R&D Digital Platforms in Bedford, Massachusetts. The role leads end-to-end architecture for digital R&D platforms, including data, AI/ML, integrations, user workflows, cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, and enterprise reuse. The architect will define blueprints and patterns, guide delivery teams and partners, enforce architecture governance, and coordinate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, data, and external vendors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of solution architecture and cloud-platform experience, with compensation of $140,000 to $175,000 annually and health, dental, and vision insurance.
