UKG is hiring a Lead Solution Consultant for its UKG Ready Implementation Services team within the Professional Services Consulting job family. The role engages with clients, advises on HCM or workforce management implementation best practices, reconfigures software, resolves complex issues, acts as a product subject matter expert, and supports new implementations, upgrades, change orders, and delivery practices. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field, at least 8 years of industry experience including global implementations, extensive HCM or workforce management implementation experience, knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, and availability for a business-required shift from 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST.
