Description
UKG is hiring a Lead Solution Consultant / Solution Architect to deliver workforce management solutions for enterprise clients. The role covers requirement assessment, solution architecture, UKG Pro WFM customization and integration, build and configuration, testing support, process optimization, client management, and mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least 12 years of enterprise software implementation or support experience, and 6 to 8 years of workforce management experience. The position may require travel of up to 25% and is based in India.
