Freshworks is hiring a Lead AI Solution Engineer to serve as an AI subject-matter expert in SMB and commercial solutions engineering. The role owns technical AI positioning, designs and delivers Freddy AI and agent-based proofs of concept, leads discovery and competitive positioning, supports RFPs and security reviews, bridges presales to implementation, builds reusable AI demo and architecture assets, and mentors other Solution Engineers. Candidates need 8+ years of solutions engineering or technical presales experience, strong AI and LLM fundamentals, hands-on production AI deployment experience, and experience selling AI or automation value to business and technical stakeholders.
