Freshworks is hiring a Lead Solution Engineer for its North American Enterprise growth team. The role collaborates with enterprise customers, supports sales through discovery calls and product demonstrations, gathers requirements, presents Freshworks solutions, and evangelizes the platform. It requires 6–8 years of solution engineering experience, strong communication and presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and time management in a sales environment. The position is hybrid, with onsite expectations three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday at the San Mateo headquarters, and offers an annual base salary of $143,565–$177,345 USD.
