Description
Freshworks is hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to support its pre-sales team by converting prospects into customers, delivering technical product demonstrations, preparing RFP and proof-of-concept materials, analyzing customer requirements and infrastructure, advising mid-market and enterprise stakeholders, and training sales teams. The role requires native English and German communication, at least five years of relevant technical solution-engineering experience, SaaS or technology-product experience, ITSM/ITIL knowledge, and cloud-based infrastructure experience.
