Freshworks is hiring a Solution Engineer for its growing GTM team in Singapore, focused on the ITOM business. The role collaborates with enterprise customers, supports sales through discovery calls and product demonstrations, gathers requirements, presents ITOM solutions, and communicates value across diverse audiences. Candidates should have 6–8 years of combined Solution Engineering and/or IT Operations experience, strong communication and presentation skills, familiarity with ITOM/ITAM platforms, and deep knowledge of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
