Freshworks is hiring a Solution Engineer for its SMBC Sales Support team to support Freshservice customers. The role involves pre-sales discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical documentation, AI/LLM solution positioning, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams. Candidates need 5–8 years of pre-sales or solution-engineering experience, SaaS and API knowledge, ITSM familiarity, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; hands-on AI agent configuration is preferred. This is a night-shift-only role requiring prior North America market experience.
