Freshworks is hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to support its pre-sales team by converting prospects into customers, delivering technical product demonstrations, preparing RFP and proof-of-concept materials, analyzing customer requirements and infrastructure, advising mid-market and enterprise stakeholders, and training sales teams. The role requires at least five years of relevant technical solution-engineering experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS environments, along with strong communication, presentation, discovery, and customer-stakeholder skills. Native-level written and oral communication in Dutch or Swedish is required.
