Parametric is hiring a Lead Solution Manager to define and execute strategic account technology solutions across business, technology, and development teams. The role covers solution vision, intent, architecture, roadmaps, user research, requirements, stakeholder management, program execution, and leading individual contributors. It follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of relevant finance, asset management, strategy, product, or financial technology experience, and strong collaboration and leadership skills. The position offers a base salary of $115,000 to $225,000 per year plus potential incentive compensation and benefits.
