Parametric is hiring a Lead Solution Manager to define and execute strategic technology solutions across business, client, and technology stakeholders. The role covers solution vision, intent, architecture, roadmaps, user research, requirements, dependencies, program increments, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery, with possible management of Business Analysts and individual contributors. It follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of relevant finance, asset management, strategy, product, or financial technology experience, and advanced collaboration and documentation skills. The position offers a base salary of $115,000 to $225,000 per year plus potential incentive compensation and benefits.
