This individual-contributor role designs the POC methodology, resourcing and capacity model, operating cadence, risk and escalation processes, playbooks, and reporting systems; it does not involve running individual customer engagements. The role requires at least five years of experience in technical program management, solutions consulting operations, or related B2B SaaS work, along with strong program management, stakeholder, communication, and technical-scoping skills. Compensation for candidates based in the United States is $94,000–$147,000 annually at start, with an expected on-target earnings range of $113,000–$177,000 annually.
