Description
Freshworks is hiring a Lead Solution Engineer for its North America go-to-market team, supporting the SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing industry verticals. The role partners with Account Executives and GTM leadership through technical and business discovery, solution strategy, customized demonstrations, and customer presentations, while developing vertical-specific solutions and best practices. Candidates need 6–8 years of solution engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar pre-sales experience, along with knowledge of SaaS and relevant enterprise technology platforms; experience with AI-enabled solutions is preferred. The position offers an annual base salary of $136,085–$168,105 plus variable compensation.
