Chime is hiring a Lead Technical Sourcer to partner with recruiters and engineering leaders on sourcing strategies for technical and leadership roles, build diverse talent pipelines, advise on market and candidate profiles, manage candidate experience, and analyze sourcing performance. The role requires 7+ years of technical sourcing experience, engineering-recruiting experience, knowledge of technical roles and engineering stacks, and familiarity with AI recruiting tools. The base salary starts at $130,000 and can go up to $180,000, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
