Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Lead Special Programs Engineer – Platform Design & Integration. The successful candidate will lead vehicle-level integration and configuration design for prototype vehicles, supporting rapid prototyping efforts from concept to testing. They will own the integration and design discipline within Special Programs, conduct technical feasibility assessments, and collaborate with various engineering teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, extensive experience in vehicle-level configuration design, familiarity with interface control and configuration management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
