Archer is hiring a Lead Special Programs Engineer – Propulsion Technologies & Integration to support rapid-prototyping and advanced/defense-focused development efforts on prototype aircraft systems. The role centers on propulsion system design and analysis, including hybrid turbofan-electric and turbo-generator architectures, end-to-end prototype development support, technical feasibility assessments, and cross-functional collaboration across Archer engineering and program teams.
