Pearson is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to take enterprise learning product concepts from initial sketches through interactive prototypes and production-quality interfaces. The role combines interaction design, information architecture, visual design, motion, front-end development, accessibility, usability research, and integration work across Pearson products and third-party enterprise systems. It is a senior individual-contributor position requiring a portfolio of shipped products and prototypes, modern TypeScript/JavaScript and React skills, Figma, AI-assisted workflows, and experience with complex enterprise systems.
