Description
The Lead Specialist - GES H2R Surveys will lead global and regional employee engagement survey operations for dsm-firmenich in Hyderabad, India. The role manages survey delivery, gathers HR requirements, develops questionnaires and reports, analyzes engagement data, provides recommendations, and coordinates with HR teams, COEs, and external vendors. It requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR-system experience, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
