Description
The Lead Specialist, Scheduling Operations will support production execution at dsm-firmenich’s Germantown, Wisconsin site by coordinating material readiness, inventory transfers between the production site and an external warehouse, SAP and planning-system transactions, execution monitoring, and process improvements. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years of production planning, material planning, scheduling, or manufacturing supply chain execution experience, strong SAP experience, and the ability to coordinate across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and planning functions. The salary range is $70,000–$90,000, with health care coverage and other benefits.
