Mayo Clinic is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Technician to assist with workflow planning, staff direction, employee orientation, technical area duties, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The role requires an HSD or GED, leadership skills, proficiency in area work tasks, strong communication, and the ability to perform physical work including lifting, standing, and frequent rotation. CRCST certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire, with training, testing-fee reimbursement, and pay increases after certification. The position pays $22.90 per hour, follows a Monday-Friday schedule with some weekends, and is nonexempt.
