Curaleaf is hiring a full-time Lead Store Associate in Erie, Pennsylvania, to lead customer service and retail operations, coach and train store associates, manage opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, inventory counts, compliance, and sales performance. The role requires availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer-facing or sales experience, POS and cash-handling experience, and six months of retail leadership and store-operations experience. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with a stated range of $18.50–$20.50 USD.
