Curaleaf is hiring a full-time Lead Store Associate at its Brandon, Florida retail location. The role leads customer service and sales, coaches and trains store associates, manages opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, inventory counts, audits, compliance, and store operations, and supports KPI achievement. Candidates must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED, and meet specified retail, POS, cash-handling, and leadership experience requirements.
