Curaleaf is hiring a full-time Lead Store Associate for its new Deland, Florida location. The role leads customer service and retail operations, coaches and trains store associates, manages opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, inventory counts, compliance, and sales performance, and requires availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED, and meet specified retail, POS, cash-handling, and leadership experience requirements. The starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with a stated pay range of $17.50–$19.25 USD.
