Ross Stores is hiring a Lead, Store Initiatives and Continuous Improvement to drive analytics and continuous improvement initiatives within Store Operations. The role focuses on analyzing operational, labor, payroll, and business data; building reports and dashboards; partnering cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Loss Prevention, Strategy, and Store Operations; and supporting process improvement, change management, and implementation of new technologies to improve customer and associate experience and drive sales. The position is based in Dublin, California, requires a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of post-college experience, and is a regular full-time hybrid role with in-office presence required.
