Wood is hiring a Lead Structural Designer for its Canada Projects business in Calgary, Alberta. The hybrid role leads structural design and drafting for oil and gas, energy, and industrial projects; coordinates a team of designers; produces complex 3D models in Advance Steel and 2D drawings in AutoCAD; performs quality checks; manages deliverables, schedules, and budgets; and mentors designers. Candidates need a structural engineering design and drafting diploma or equivalent, at least 15 years of relevant experience, advanced software expertise, and the ability to work across multiple offices and disciplines.
