Description
Lead Structural Engineer role leading structural design teams across large, complex projects in sectors such as power, process, healthcare, airports, industrial, manufacturing, government, and military facilities. Responsibilities include managing design from concept through completion, preparing specifications and bid documentation, reviewing vendor drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules/budgets/change orders, performing QA/QC and field inspections, mentoring engineers, and supporting client relationships and business development.
