Description
Worley is seeking a Structural Engineering Manager to lead structural engineering activities across FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases for oil and gas or petrochemical projects. The role provides technical leadership for onshore and offshore structural systems, reviews design deliverables and analyses, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports constructability and value engineering, manages vendor and contractor submissions, and leads a team of specialists, senior engineers, and engineers. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, at least 15 years of oil and gas or petrochemical experience, and at least 5 years managing a similar engineering team.
