Description
The Lead Structured Cabling Installer will lead crews of 3–10 technicians and oversee structured cabling installations for commercial, government, and industrial projects in Melbourne, Florida. Responsibilities include installing, terminating, testing, and certifying copper and fiber systems; coordinating with clients, project managers, contractors, and trades; conducting site surveys; supporting estimating and quoting; and maintaining documentation. The role requires BICSI Installer 2 certification for both copper and fiber, at least seven years of structured cabling experience including five years in a lead or supervisory capacity, extensive copper and fiber expertise, and strong communication and customer-facing skills.
