Description
The Lead Technician performs complex sheet-metal and composite aircraft shop repairs, assists with work assignments and technician training, monitors quality and production schedules, maintains FAA records, and supports inventory and repair procedures. The role requires a high school or GED, at least eight years of experience in the assigned area with at least five years in aircraft structures, an FAA repairman’s certificate or A&P experience, and proficiency with aircraft drawings, tools, fabrication, and regulatory procedures.
