Description
L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Subcontracts to support subcontract acquisition from proposal through program award and execution, including requirements definition, sourcing, negotiation, definitization, acceptance, and close-out. The role manages subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance; monitors budgets, spending plans, payment forecasts, variances, FAR/DFARS compliance, and EVMS performance; and coordinates with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education, plus three or more years of RFP, NDA, and subcontract experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. The position is scheduled 9/80 and may require domestic or international travel up to 20%.
