L3Harris is hiring a Subcontract Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a 9/80 schedule. The role manages the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle of subcontracts, including requirements definition, statements of work, requests for proposals, evaluations, source selections, negotiations, definitization, compliance with FAR/DFAR/DPAS/CPSR, supplier performance, cost and earned-value reporting, dispute resolution, and subcontract close-out. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and education, along with DoD security clearance eligibility and substantial subcontract negotiation and DoD program experience.
