L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Subcontracts (Subcontracts Manager) in Malabar, Florida, on a 9/80 schedule. The role manages the full lifecycle of defense and commercial subcontracts, including sourcing, acquisition strategy, solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution, and closeout. The position requires independent leadership, mentorship, subject-matter expertise, communication with leadership and external customers, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least seven years, or thirteen years of related experience without a degree.
