L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Subcontracts - TS/SCI with Poly in Palm Bay, Florida, on a 9/80 schedule. The role manages the full subcontract lifecycle, including sourcing, acquisition strategy, solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution, and closeout, while supporting business development, technical SOW reviews, legal document negotiation, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and seven years, or thirteen years without a degree, plus an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
