ControlPoint Technologies is looking for a Lead Substation Engineer to lead their Substation Engineering team. This role involves managing substation projects ranging from 4kV to 345kV, requiring direct client interaction and collaboration with other disciplines. Key responsibilities include designing substation arrangements, preparing construction specifications, conducting grounding and lightning protection calculations, and coordinating civil/structural aspects. The engineer will also guide junior staff, perform quality assurance, and ensure timely project delivery.
