DLB Associates is hiring a remote Lead Substation Engineer to establish and grow its utility and substation engineering services. The role leads end-to-end medium- and high-voltage substation projects from concept through construction and commissioning, including design, technical decision-making, client and utility engagement, construction support, and project controls. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least 8 years of substation design engineering experience, with up to 20% travel across the United States.
