Description
The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations, including productivity, yield, on-time delivery, labor costs, quality control, process improvement, equipment and fixture management, new-product support, and team development. The role requires an engineering or management-related degree, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and one year of managerial or leadership experience. It also requires hands-on precision-assembly and metrology experience, knowledge of SPC and Lean Manufacturing, strong analytical and people-management skills, and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
