Description
The Lead Supervisor manages and optimizes daily production operations, supervises production operators and line leaders, and leads engineers in process improvement, new product introductions, and lean manufacturing. The role coordinates with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Human Resources; plans and develops the workforce; and supports ISO quality and environmental management systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or industrial management engineering, typically 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, email, internet access, and SPC software.
