SpaceX is hiring a Lead Supplier Development Engineer for Starlink Satellite and Gateway products to develop and lead a supplier development team. The role covers supplier reliability, PPAP qualification, quality and manufacturing process improvement, supplier audits, failure analysis, corrective actions, industrialization, and cross-functional supplier management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or quality, with electronics manufacturing and related qualifications preferred. The position is based onsite in Redmond, Washington, may involve up to 60% travel and long hours, and offers a base salary of $135,000 to $190,000 plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
