Halter is hiring a Lead Supply Quality Engineer to oversee quality and on-time delivery of components supplied to its contract manufacturers in Asia. The role involves implementing statistical process control, conducting rapid root-cause and sprint analyses after production or OQC failures, updating quality documentation, auditing supplier compliance, and resolving non-conformances. Candidates need at least five years of quality-management experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in electromechanical products, strong supplier and issue-resolution experience, English and Mandarin proficiency, and willingness to travel regularly across APAC.
